Shows in London and Paris for the week of 3rd August – There is still life during festival week

It’s festival week so if you’re not somewhere in Europe for the weekend, you will have have a very uninteresting week. Personally, I’m going to the Brutal Assault in the Czech Republic. It’s a fantastic metal festival with a great sound and a friendly atmosphere. I’ve been going there fore five years and it’s very likely that I’ll be there for the next five too.

There is not much to regret by going to one of the best european metal festival in existence but I still would have wished that Loma Prieta and Dangers to have joined the bill with Touché Amoré. Sadly, it’s not meant to be and instead I will miss their free show at the Unicorn. However, if you’re not busy headbanging elsewhere like me, you should definitely show up and enjoy their turbulent screamo with the help of the mighty Dangers, one of the best hardcore band that sounds neither like Converge or an old school band.

Free entry

Even with Trouble‘s cancellation, it’s still a very impressive bill and Crowbar is sure to bring this night to a massive conclusion with their head butting riffs. The Pantera from New Orleans are masters in the art of the riffs and the guys opening for them, Wo Fat and Black Tusk, know a thing or two if you like your metal bluesy, dirty and very heavy.

Tickets are still available for 19,99 Euros
